This is an application seeking correction of the name of the counsel in judgment dated 11.07.2023.

This appeal along with other connected appeals was heard on 25.05.2023 and judgment was reserved. Thereafter, by separate judgements dated 11.07.2023, all the appeals have been disposed of. It is pointed out that in the judgment dated 11.07.2023 in FAO (COMM) 85/2022, the name of counsel appearing in the connected matter has been reflected and the names of the counsel who appeared has been omitted.

Perusal of order dated 25.05.2023 shows the correct appearance of counsel. Accordingly, the same is a typographical error and is corrected. The FAO (COMM) 85/2022 1 By:SONIA THAPLIYAL 15:51:44

names appearing in order dated 25.05.2023 i.e, Mr. Jai Sahai Endlaw with Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, Mr. Ashish Kumar and Ms. Mahima Misra, Advocates, shall be shown as having appeared for the respondents in this appeal. 4.
