The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a.

Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents No. 1 & 2 to forthwith provide the Assessment List for the year 2026-2027 and the extracts thereof, as sought by the Petitioners, in digital form via email, in terms of Section 70 of the NDMC Act, 1994, without having to visit Respondent/NDMC's office for inspection of the list and in line with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) 3932/2021, 11310/2021, W.P. (C) 11312/2021, W.P. (C) 8953/2021, W.P. (C) 6675/2024, W.P.(C) 6016/2025, and W.P.(C) 6114/2026 wherein the Respondents were permitted to furnish such information in digital form;

b.

Direct the Respondents to extend the time for filing objections for a reasonable period after providing access to the Assessment W.P.(C) 6420/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. List and prescribed form, so as to enable the Petitioner to exercise his statutory rights effectively"

A representation dated 30th April 2026 has been made by the petitioner to the respondent/NDMC seeking extracts from the assessment list for the year 2026-2027 in respect of the following PID numbers. "1. P-9218 to P-9889

2. P-14972

3. P-14980

4. P-15365

5. P-15417."

Similar orders have been passed in the writ petitions, being W.P(C) 3932/2021, W.P.(C) 1878/2022, W.P.(C) 6675/2024, W.P.(C) 6016/2025 and W.P.(C) 6114/2026.

Accordingly, the respondent/NDMC is directed to provide to the petitioner extracts from the assessment list from the year 2026-2027 in respect of the aforementioned properties through email. 5.

The petitioner will have the right to file objections to extracts from the assessment list within one (1) week from the date on which the extracts are provided.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
