This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of Mrs.Kashish Tiwari, who is claimed to be wife of the petitioner.

On advance notice, Mrs.Kashish Tiwari has appeared before us in person. She states that she does not wish to stay with the petitioner and in fact, makes certain allegations against the petitioner. Without going into the allegations made, as Mrs.Kashish Tiwari is a major and does not wish to reside with the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 4.
