O R D E R

At the outset, learned counsel for the MCD draws attention to an NOC dated 18.04.2024 issued by the MCD whereby it has been stated as under:- "In reference to your letter no. Nil dated 28.10.2022 regarding the subject matter it is to inform you that NOC for regularization of already installed Gate on road No. 27 East Punjabi Bagh is granted subject to condition that, all the terms and conditions of the Circular No. D/664/SE (P) dated 25.06.2007 will be complied. However, if any violation of terms and conditions of Circular No. D/664/SE (P) dated 25.06.2007 is found in future this NOC will stand cancelled.

This issue with prior approval of Competent Authority." 2.

A copy of the aforesaid NOC has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, since the grievance of the petitioner stands resolved, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition; the same (alongwith all the pending application/s) is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
