The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorised/illegal construction and encroachment being carried out by Respondent No. 3 & 4 on public land at DDA Flat No. 179, Pocket E, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi110076. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that upon inspection of the concerned premises, certain encroachment on the public land and deviation/s have been found. He submits that the MCD has requested the DDA to supply the standard building plan for the premises in question, whereupon further action shall be taken. 3.

Learned counsel for Special Task Force who also appears for DDA submits that the standard building plan shall be supplied to the MCD latest within a period of 2 weeks from today.
