% 25.03.2019 CM APPLN. 13598/2019 Vide the present application, the applicant/respondent seeks direction thereby to dismiss the writ petition as it has become infructuous. The present application is filed pursuant to letter dated 27.03.2018 from the petitioner's company whereby it is stated that the petitioner is not interested in the said appointment/agency as the petitioner has already attached as DCA cum CS ONGC Petro-Additions Ltd. for the said region in its firm.

It is pertinent to mention here that similar application being CM APPLN. 12449/2012 in W.P.(C) 658/2012, was allowed vide order dated 18.03.2019.

In view of the reasons stated in the present application and the earlier order passed by this court mentioned above, the application is allowed. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
