The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking to quash the FIR No.154/2024 for the offences under Section 3 of the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Public Property Act, 2007 registered at Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, on technical grounds, with liberty to file a fresh petition.
