Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner seeking cancellation of registration filed on 04.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the period prescribed by Rule 22 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Rules 2017 is 30 days for disposing of an application seeking cancellation of registration. He submits that petitioner has approached this Court prematurely even before expiry of the period of 30 days. 3.
