% 04.04.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have regularised the loan account and have further assured that the balance loan amount shall also be paid within a period of six months. He submits that in view thereof, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if need so arises at a future date. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
