Vide order dated 26th July, 2024, this Court directed as follows: "8. Under these circumstances, notices be issued to the Respondent No.3Sh.
Rambriksh Gaur, Respondent No.4- Sh. Govind Gaur and Respondent No.5- Sh. Jai Hind Gaur. In addition, notice be also issued to themother- Asha Devi, brother- Parvind Gaur and to the sister- Priyanka Gaur with a clear direction to produce the girl on the next date. Notices on the aforesaid family members shall be served through the SHOs concerned. The concerned SSP in Gorakhpur/Lucknow shall render assistance to the Delhi Police in complying the aforesaid order.
9. If Ms. Gaur is not produced on the next date of hearing, the authorities shall ensure that three of the family members appear before the Court."

Today, the girl, Ms. Nansy Gaur, has appeared before the Court along with her sister, Ms. Priyanka Gaur, and Mr. Manoj Gaur, brother-in-law, as also Mr. Parvind Gaur, the elder brother.

She states that she does not want to join the company of the Petitioner, her husband i.e., Mr. Suraj, and she wants to live with her parents. It is further submitted that Mr. Suraj has uploaded certain videos and clippings on social media. Same allegations are also made by Mr. Suraj against the family members of his wife as well.

Heard. This Court directs that both the parties and their concerned family members shall remove/take down any videos, images, photos etc. that may have been uploaded against each other or their family members on social media platforms.

In view of the stand taken Ms. Nansy Gaur, the Petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 9.
