The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or other appropriate writ/writs, order and directions against the respondents commanding the Respondents No.2 & 3 to provide protection to the petitioner and take action against the accused persons.

Pass such order/orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 4.
