% 30.07.2020 Mr. Narender Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to his representation dated 07.07.2020 made to the DCP, the Investigating Officer has agreed to investigate the role of the petitioner in the subject FIR; and accordingly the relief prayed for stands satisfied. 2.
In view of the above, Mr. Sharma states that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
