% 18.07.2025 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the present proceedings is rendered infructuous in view of the disputes between the parties having been settled and disposed-of in the proceedings in Civil Appeal Nos. 7270-7271/2025 vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed by the Supreme Court.

It is pointed-out that the key of the subject premises has also been handed-over to the counsel for the respondents, as is recorded in para 4 of the order.

In view thereof, the present revision petition is disposed-of in terms of the Supreme Court order dated 09.05.2025.
