The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "In view of the foregoing it is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue appropriate writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent to carry out a timely, fair and impartial investigation in the case FIR No.427/2023 Police Station Rajinder Nagar and the investigation be carried out under the supervision of a senior official not below the rank of ACP/ Transfer this case to the Crime Branch or Special Women Cell. This Hon'ble Court may also issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent to take all remedial measures available under law so as to ensure that Mr. Akhilesh Bali does not flee from justice. Learned ASC states that during the pendency of the proceedings, the investigation has been completed, the charge-sheet has been filed and the trial has been committed to a Court of Session. He states that the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 18.02.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the subsequent developments, the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition to seek its remedies before the Trial Court.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail its remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5.
