By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondent to file the charge-sheet in FIR bearing no. 305/2023, registered at Police Station Narela, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 427/452/506/120BB/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC').

Issue notice. Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State and states that the chargesheet in this case will be filed within a period of two weeks since the same is under scrutiny.
