This suit is filed on behalf of Plaintiff for permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from reproducing, broadcasting, communicating to the public, screening, publishing and distributing the impugned video or any other video on any media or platform and promoting the impugned video on various social media, amounting to infringement of Plaintiff's trademark 'BUDWEISER'. Reliefs of tarnishment, disparagement, passing off, damages, rendition of accounts etc. are also sought.

Mr. Pravin Anand, learned counsel for Plaintiff, on instructions, submits that since the impugned video is no longer available on the internet, he has instructions to withdraw the present suit.
