Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious of trial, he should not press his petition at this stage.

Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2018. Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of evidence and endeavour to conclude the same expeditiously.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
