BAIL APPLN. 1853/2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.0128/2020 dated 20.03.2020 registered under sections 304B/498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Hari Nagar, Delhi for attending his cousin's wedding, which is scheduled from 10.05.2026 to 14.05.2026. trial in charges under sections 304B/498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). Pursuant to the FIR, charges under section 302 of IPC was also added vide chargesheet dated 10.06.2020. 2.
Vide order dated 08.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-09, West District, Tis Hazari Courts Delhi, interim bail has been denied to the petitioner. As recorded in the said order, the groom is not the petitioner's real brother, but a cousin. 3.
Furthermore, the petitioner is facing trial for murder of his wife within 02 months of his marriage.

In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to issue notice on the present petition.
