The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 08/2019 registered under Sections 394/34 IPC at P.S. Patparganj Industrial Area on the ground that the petitioner's mother is an old aged lady and is suffering from various ailments. 2.

Status report been placed on record by the State. As per the status report, the petitioner is accused of causing grievous injuries to the complainant. The petitioner has also refused to join the TIP proceedings. A charge-sheet under Sections 394/397/411/34 IPC has been filed against him. It has been further stated in the status report that the petitioner has one elder brother, namely, Rajender and one younger brother, namely, Amit and five sisters.

As per the medical verification report, although the petitioner's mother reported to Casualty on 06.07.2020 however, she was neither admitted in the hospital nor her x-ray plates/other reports were submitted.

She has not even reported to the Ortho Casualty /Ortho OPD where she was referred. Apart from the above, the petitioner is also found involved in two other cases bearing FIR No.120/2017, registered under Sections 323/451/506/342 IPC at Police Station Ghazipur, Delhi and FIR No.284/2018, registered under Sections 186/353/332/34 IPC at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.

In view of the above and looking into the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on interim bail.
