Hegde, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, submits that many of the grievances of the petitioners stand substantially assuaged by the judgment dated 23 May 2025 passed by Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 13104/20241. 2.

He therefore seeks to withdraw the writ petition and submits that he would address a representation to the respondents citing the aforesaid decision and seeking redress.

He is permitted to do so.
