By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR 757/2025, dated 23.10.2025, lodged at Police Station Seemapuri, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ["BNS"]. The offences under Sections 74/79/351(2) of BNS were subsequently added at the stage of filing of chargesheet. 2.

After some arguments, Dr. N Pradeep Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.
