4. This is a petition filed under Section 29A (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal till 31.05.2025.

5. It is stated that the arguments have been completed and only the Award is to be pronounced.

7. Mr. Chawla, learned counsel who appears for respondents No. 1 and 3 (respondent No. 2 is ex-parte before the Arbitrator as well) accepts notice and has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal and states that none of the averments in the petition are admitted.

8. Taking his statement on record regarding the denial of factual matrix and averments made in the petition, but in view of no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, the same is extended up to 31.05.2025 to make and publish the Award.

9. The period from 03.01.2025 till today stands regularised. 10.The petition is disposed of.
