It is seen that both the parties have nominated their respective arbitrators. The petitioner has appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, former Chief Justice of Telangana and Uttarakhand High Court and the respondents have appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dr. Sudhir Kumar Jain, former Judge of the High Court of Delhi. 2.
Keeping in mind the nature of the controversy and the issue involved, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Shakdher, former Chief Justice of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh to be the presiding arbitrator. 3.

The arbitration would take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and would abide by its rules and regulations. The AT shall be entitled to fees as per the Schedule of Fees maintained by the DIAC.

The AT is also requested to file the requisite disclosure under Section 12 (2) of the Act within a week of entering on reference. 6.
The registry is directed to send a receipt of this order to the AT through all permissible modes, including through e-mail. 7.
All rights and contentions of the parties in relation to the claims/counter-claims are kept open, to be decided by the AT on their merits, in accordance with law.
