This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking the recording of the settlement arrived at between the plaintiffs and the defendant. 2.

The application bears the signatures of the authorized representatives of the plaintiffs and the defendant, as well as their respective counsel. The application is duly supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs as well as the defendant.
