An affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the defendant in terms of the order passed by this Court on 17th April, 2025. 2.

Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of prayer clauses 35(a), 35(b), 35(c) and 35(d) of the plaint.

Further, a decree of mandatory injunction is issued directing the defendant to immediately taken down all posts, online listings bearing the trademark 'AHUJA', 'AHUJA DEVICE', 'AU-40', 'AU-50', 'PA-400' or any other trademark/ device/ logo deceptively similar to the plaintiff's trademark or any other packaging identical/similar to the plaintiff's trade dress.
