The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1 to dispose of the representation dated 21st August, 2024, and reminder dated 03rd December, 2024, in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the property of the petitioner, i.e., property bearing No. C-47, Greater Kailash Part-1, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

New Delhi-110048, is not structurally safe, and is dangerous. Thus, representation dated 21st August, 2024, was submitted by the petitioner to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), thereby, requesting to inspect the property and pass appropriate orders.

Subsequently, another representation dated 17th September, 2024, followed by a reminder dated 03rd December, 2024, was submitted by the petitioner to the respondent no. 1/MCD. However, till date the officials of the respondent no. 1 have failed to act upon the same. Thus, the present petition has come to be filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1/MCD, on advance notice, submits that the representations of the petitioner shall be disposed of expeditiously.

At this stage, Mr. Ravinder Singh, Advocate, appears and submits that he is representing one of the co-owners of the property in question. He submits that his client has already filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD ("ATMCD"). He further submits that at the time of deciding the representation of the petitioner herein, his client may also be granted opportunity of hearing.

Accordingly, it is directed that the representations dated 21st August, 2024, and reminder dated 03rd December, 2024, submitted by the petitioner with the respondent no. 1/MCD, shall be considered and disposed of by the MCD in a time bound manner, preferably, within a period of three months from today.

Before deciding the said representations, the petitioner as well as the other co-owners of the property in question, shall be granted hearing by the MCD.

The MCD shall also inspect the property in order to assess the structural safety of the property in question. 9.

Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 11.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
