The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(a) Certiorari seeking quashing of the inspection report dated 18.12.2024, Orders dated 24.2.2025, 2.4.2025 & 7.4.2025, passed by the Respondent CBSE as absolutely illegal, arbitrary, whimsical, pre-determined, malafide, biased, contrary to the record, violative of principles of natural justice and unconstitutional."

The only grievance articulated in the present petition is that a personal hearing has not been afforded to the petitioner school. 3.

Mr. Kamal Gupta, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner school submits that, for the time being, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the petition is disposed of with a direction to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent/CBSE to afford a personal hearing to the petitioner school. 4.

Mr. M.A. Niyazi, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/CBSE, on instructions, submits that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent/CBSE, a personal hearing will be afforded to the petitioner school and a reasoned order will be passed within one week.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/CBSE to afford a personal hearing to the present petitioner and pass a reasoned order without being influenced by the previous orders.

It is further clarified that in case the respondent/CBSE requires any further documents, it is at liberty to ask for the same from the petitioner school.

Likewise, the petitioner school is also at liberty to furnish fresh documents to the respondent/CBSE.

Needless to say that the petitioner school shall not enroll any fresh students for Class XI and Class XII.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
