The present appeal under Section 37(2)(b) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has been filed challenging the Order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the Ld. Sole Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that vide Order dated 05.09.2024, the Ld. Sole Arbitrator has withdrawn from the arbitration proceedings and, therefore, all the Interim Orders passed by the Ld. Sole Arbitrator automatically stands vacated.
