The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have no objection if the petition is disposed of in view of the judgment dated 04.11.2019 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) 9088/2018, titled Mukut Pathak v. Union of India & Anr.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the same. In view of the above statements, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the abovementioned judgment.
