CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 30.07.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] 1.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, who appears on behalf of the respondent no.1/State, points out that one of the victims has not been arrayed as a party to the captioned petition and, therefore, for the petitioners to seek quashing of FIR based on a settlement is flawed.

2.

Mr. Ashok Chhikara, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, concedes this position and, thus, seeks to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to approach the Court, if so required. 3.

The captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Resultantly, pending applications shall stand closed. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J JULY 30, 2020 Aj/KK Click here to check corrigendum, if any KUMAR RAI 17:04
