Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) submits that the GNCTD vide order dated 15.09.2025 has framed the policy for Financial Assistance Scheme for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities having High Support Needs. The petitioner, therefore, will have to avail the remedy under the said policy. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand contends that on 14.01.2026, an application has already been made on the concerned Portal. If that is so, let the petitioner's application be considered by the concerned authority with due expedition in accordance with law.
