The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 133/2026 of PS Timarpur for offence under Section 125/324(2)/61/189(2) /189(4)/191(2)/191(3)/3(5) BNS and Section 25/27 of Arms Act. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions of his client, seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to raise same grounds after surrender and filing of regular bail application.
