Petition under Section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC') Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with (Section 482 of Cr.P.C) Section 528 of B.N.S.S., has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for cancelation of Bail Order dated 04.03.2025 granted to the Respondent No. 2, on the ground that the threats are now being extended to the Prosecutrix of making the photos and videos of the Prosecutrix public.

Considering that it is essentially cancellation of Bail which is sought on account of the conduct of the Respondent, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file it before the learned Trial Court, for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
