One of the objections raised by the respondent is that an FIR No. 246/2020 at Police Station - Kotwali, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh under Section 66 D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 is pending against the petitioner.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that neither the petitioner has been summoned in the said FIR nor has he been served with any notice.

It is, thus, seen that the permission from the concerned Trial Court, at this stage, may not be necessary. allowing the petitioner's application to travel to Tallinn, Estonia (via Warsaw, Poland) on 14.05.2026 and to return to India on 19.05.2026. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent also points out that the petitioner has been granted a stay visa up to 12.11.2026. She also points out that the petitioner will require to obtain a return visa from the concerned jurisdictional Foreign Regional Registration Office (place of residence i.e., New Delhi).

The petitioner is therefore, granted liberty to immediately (today itself) to apply for a return visa.

Let the petitioner's application be considered immediately without any delay.
