% 29.07.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents states that the Rail India Technical & Economic Services Ltd., the respondents herein against whom the relief has been sought, has been notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal's Act, 1985 by the Central Government. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal by way of a fresh application.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Dasti.
