Learned counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to the order dated 21.12.2018 the petitioner has deposited the ground rent and conversion charges amounting to Rs.1,60,613/- with the respondent. In turn, the respondent has issued a letter dated 07.05.2019 enclosing therewith a draft conveyance deed, directing the petitioner to deposit the outstanding amount on account of composite fee and other charges. There is some ambiguity in the amount so mentioned in the letter dated 07.05.2019.

Mr. S.K. Meena, the Director of the respondent is present in Court. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the amount payable by the petitioner on account of composite fee and other charges is Rs.56,000/-. The learned counsel for the

petitioner states that the petitioner would be depositing the said amount with the respondent within one week and handover the stamped conveyance deed to the respondent.

On receipt of the amount and the stamped conveyance deed, the learned counsel for the respondent states that they will execute the conveyance deed and get it registered with the concerned SubRegistrar within a week. 4.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the petition. 5.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
