This is a petition, preferred under sub-sections (4) and (5) of Section 29A of the the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the time, available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal, for concluding the proceedings and making an award, by a period of fourteen months, w.e.f. 1st August, 2020.

In view of the joint request made, the time available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal, to conclude the proceedings and make the award, stands extended till 31st October, 2021. 3.
