Mr. Harsimran Duggal, Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that RCA filed by respondent no.1 is still pending before the First Appellate Court and in the meanwhile, petitioner is going to complete his MD this very year.

According to him, the present petition has become infructuous and as per instructions received, the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition voluntarily. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 3.

The statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. The application is allowed and the petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
