% 24.08.2020 The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 1.
Present petition has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in pursuance to FIR No.116/2018 registered at Police Station Geeta Colony for the offences punishable under sections 307/452/323/341/354/354B/506/34 IPC. 2.
It is not in dispute that petitioner did not move any bail application before the Trial Court after an application for bail which was dismissed as withdrawn before this Court vide order dated 11.03.2019. 3.
It is also not in dispute that before the said date, the injured witnesses were not examined but thereafter the said three witnesses were examined i.e. one before the application and two later on.

The petitioner moved an interim application on the medical ground of wife of the petitioner before the Trial Court and the same was dismissed. BAIL APPLN. 1998/2020

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to file an application before the Trial Court.

I hereby make it clear that order dated 11.03.2019, whereby the petition was dismissed as withdrawn, shall not come in the way and on presenting the application for bail, the Trial Court shall decide it on merit. 7.
