The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "It is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: (a). to allow the application for withdrawal of the Bail Application 1810 OF 2023 with liberty to approach the Ld. Trial Court to file fresh bail application.

(b). Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary be also passed in favour of the applicant / Petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONER AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY."
