The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrP.C. seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 53/23 under Sections 365/511/506/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act registered at P.S. Mansarovar Park. 2.
Vide order dated 26.05.2023, notice was issued and it was directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested subject to his joining investigation. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation as and when he was called for, which position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court.

The complainant is also present in Court, who has been identified by the IO concerned. bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.
