The present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 0074/2023 for the offence under Section 498A/377/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. The Petition is supported with the affidavit duly signed by the petitioner No. 1.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
