The present petition seeks early hearing of the bail application filed before the Sessions Judge NDPS, Patiala House Courts in SC No. 448/2024. The relief sought in the present petition reads as follows: "It is therefore most respectfully and in the interest of justice prayed that the date of Bail Application dated 28.04.2025 pending before the Ld. Trial Court be prepone and Conclude at the earliest date as the matter involved in the bail application is of Fundamental Right of the Applicant or any other order as the Hon'ble Court deems fit."

Counsel for Petitioner states that the Petitioner's arrest is illegal and he is therefore, entitled to bail and makes a request that this application should be heard at the earliest.

On a query of the Court, counsel for Petitioner informs that the matter is now listed for 28th April, 2025.
