The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 58/2026 of PS Crime Branch for offence under Section 25 Arms Act & 25(8) Arms (Amendment) Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with the request that he may not be arrested before 16.05.2026 as he has to organize a family function on 14.05.2026. The IO/SI Satender Kumar submits that he shall not arrest the accused/applicant before 16.05.2026. 3.

Under these circumstances, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to the accused/applicant, as sought by him, to surrender before the IO by 10:00am on 16.05.2026.
