This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 7th January 2025 in OMP (I) (COMM) 281/2024. The relevant directions passed in the said order are extracted hereunder: "62. For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 1 to provide solvent security in the form of bank guarantee or unencumbered immovable assets to the value of Rs. 157.75 crores within 2 weeks of passing of this judgment, which shall remain attached till the time the arbitral tribunal enters reference and adjudicates upon the controversy."

OMP (I) (COMM) 281/2024, for furnishing solvency security, in compliance of directions passed on 7th January 2025. The said application was filed on 15th April 2025, and is expected to be listed anytime next week. 3.

Counsel for the respondent assures that he will take steps to ensure that the application is listed in order that compliance can be taken on record by the Court.

In this view of the matter, petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive this contempt petition in case of continued infraction. 5.
