% 10.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22nd March, 2016 in W.P.(C) No.2522/2016, whereby the respondents gave assurance that they will consider petitioner's representation dated 3rd December, 2014 with regard to enhancement of family pension and decide the same within a period of six weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the aforesaid order, petitioner's representation has not been decided till date.

However, today Mr.Manish Mohan, learned CGSC who appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondents, has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 14th October, 2016 by virtue of which the petitioner's representation has been disposed of. The same is taken on record.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if she is aggrieved, to challenge the order dated 14th October, 2016 in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 10, 2017 KA
