1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. The petitioner has reconsidered the offer from the GNCTD to join as a Medical Officer, in terms of her selection by the Union Public Service Commission. She is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychiatry Medicine (Batch of 2019-2021) from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. She has signed a bond with the said Institute, whereunder there are some formalities to be completed if she were to leave the course midway. In view of her decision to accept the job offered by the GNCTD, she will have to take appropriate measures for closure of issues with the Institute. She says that she will require six to eight weeks for this purpose. The petitioner‟s request is found to be reasonable. In the circumstances, she is granted eight weeks to join the GNCTD. Till then, her aforementioned job offer will be kept

open.

3. Mrs. Ahlawat, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner may report to the Medical Superintendent of Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital, GNCTD on or before 09.10.2020. Let it be so done.

4. The petition, along with the pending application, is disposed-off in the above terms.
