% 11.08.2020 Ms. Rebecca M. John, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that multiple charge-sheets have been filed in these matters. One of the principal grievances is that the charge-sheets have been filed in different jurisdictional courts. Ms. John submits that the petitioners in these cases are in the same position as the petitioners in W.P.(C) 600/2020 titled Maulana Ala Hadrami & Ors. vs. Union of India & Anr. before the Supreme Court. 2.
Ms. John submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present petitions with a prayer, that following the directions issued by the Supreme Court in order dated 06.08.2020 made in Maulana Ala Hadrami & Ors., the charge-sheets pending in different trial courts in the NCT of Delhi be transferred to the same court that was ceased of the cases arising from FIR No. 63/2020 dated 01.04.2020 so that all cases may be disposed of expeditiously and even-handedly. 3.
Ms. John points-out that in the said case, the Supreme Court had directed the transfer of all cases to the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, South-East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi with a direction that the learned CMM should dispose of all cases expeditiously, preferably within 08 weeks.

Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Senior Standing Counsel for NCT of Delhi submits that the State has no objection to the same directions being passed in respect of all these cases.

Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction that all charge-sheets in all FIRs from which these cases CRL.M.C. 1623/2020 & conn. Page of
arise are transferred to the court of learned CMM, South-East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi to be dealt with expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Learned CGSCs appearing in the matters state that since LoCs are open by the Bureau Immigration of the Ministry of Home Affairs at the request and instance of the Investigating Agency/Prosecuting Agency, once the criminal cases are closed in accordance with law and a request for closing of LoCs is received, the Union of India will have no objection to closing all LoCs in the names of the petitioners and in permitting the petitioners to exit the country. The statement made by the learned CGSCs is taken on record. 7.
Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of, with the aforesaid directions.
