This petition alleges wilful disobedience of order dated 17th September 2024, passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, North West, Rohini Court, Delhi. The issue concerned is the supplementary charge-sheet which had to be filed after further investigation in the role of Ms. Roma Pathak as well as other persons as noted in the said order.

It is informed that directions have already been passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, North-West, District, Rohini Court, Delhi on 7th April 2025, and SI Radha was bound down for the next date of hearing.
