Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of order dated 19.06.2025, passed by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Delhi and in view of the renewal of the concerned Eating House and Lodging House Licence of the petitioner by the respondents, the petitioner is not desirous of pressing the present petition as this stage. He however, seeks liberty to file afresh, if so warranted in the event of any cause of action in favour of the petitioner in future.
